Terms of Service
General
●Please contact me via Discord or Twitter.●What I can draw:
Fanart, Female Characters, Male Characters, Original Characters
●What I can't draw:
Mecha, Gore, NSFW●Art styles may vary as I am still learning.
●It will take between days to weeks for art and perhaps longer for Live2D art.
●Reference photos or detailed descriptions are needed.
●I have the right to refuse service.
●Prices are subject to change.
Payment
●Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, an invoice will be sent to you for payment.
●Full or partial payment (50%) is needed before I draw the sketch.
●Currency is accepted in USD and PHP through Gank.
●The 50% down payment is non-refundable.
●I do not offer refunds once the lineart has been started.
Process and Delivery
●I will notify you when I have started on your commission.
●I will be sending progress images watermark and I will be waiting for your response before proceeding to the next step.
-While working on your commission, I will only make up to a maximum of 3 major revisions.
-No revisions are allowed after I have sent the final piece.
●Once the piece is finished, you will receive the image in full-resolution through a Google Drive link with my signature in the corner. Please take note that this is a digital product.
-I will be deleting the finished pieces from my Google Drive after a few days.
●If only partial payment was made, the remaining balance must be paid after I finish drawing and before I send you the final piece.
Copyright / Usage policy
●All products are for personal use only, unless stated by and agreed with the client.
●I, the artist, can (1) post the art on my social media, (2) use it as an example for commissions, (3) add the art to my portfolio.
●You, the commissioner, are allowed to (1) post the art on social media while giving me credit, (2) print the art as long as it is for personal use only, (3) use the art for schedule posts, announcement posts, etc., and as a profile picture as long as I am credited.
●You, the commissioner, are not allowed to (1) remove my watermark, (2) modify the art, (3) claim it as your own art, (4) selling and making products with my art on it.
●The client agrees to my Terms and Conditions when applying for a commission slot.
Live 2D T.O.S.
●No rush commissions.
●By commissioning me, you are allowing me to post your model's WIPs on my social media and to add it to my portfolio.
-Please let me know if you do not want me to show any WIPs or post the model before you reveal it.
●The price may increase depending on the complexity of the model.
●I will only give up to 2 chances for revisions after the art is complete if the rigger asks for them. Any more revisions after which will cost $10 per revision.
-Revisions for errors on my end would not cost more.
